These terms apply when you buy from carriecoffeeroasters.com. By placing an order, you accept them.

Who we are

Carrie Coffee Roasters is a trading name of CARRIE COFFEE ROASTERY (SSM 202603112092 (CA0420595-P)), 25, Jalan SS 7/24, Kelana Jaya, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia. Contact: admin@carriecoffeeroasters.com.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation email. If we cannot fill an order, we tell you and refund what you paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Malaysian ringgit (RM). Shipping is added at checkout. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider.

The coffee

Coffee is a crop. Each lot is roasted in batches, and each batch is logged. Tasting notes describe what we taste in the cup. Roast dates, batch numbers and lot details on the page are for the batch we are selling now.

Pre-orders

Some bags can be ordered before they are roasted. The product page shows the roast date. We charge at checkout and ship within 2 working days of that date.

Shipping, returns and refunds

See the shipping policy and the refund policy. They are part of these terms.

Wholesale and consultancy

Wholesale accounts and consultancy work run on terms agreed in writing with each customer. Where those differ from these terms, the written terms apply.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

The law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies. Last updated 28 September 2026.
